Welcome to Go Camply (“we”, “us”, “our”). Go Camply provides digital trip guides, recommendations, and educational content designed to help users plan and prepare for backcountry camping trips in Ontario, Canada.

- Availability of campsites
- Accuracy of routes or portages
- Current conditions (weather, water levels, closures)

5. Digital Products & Purchases

All purchases are for digital products and content access only.Prices are listed in CAD. Payment is required in full before access is grantedDue to the nature of digital products, all sales are final unless required by law

6. Intellectual Property

All content provided by Go Camply, including:

- Trip guides, text, images, maps, and layouts…is the property of Go Camply and may not be:

- Reproduced
- Distributed
-Resold
- Shared publicly

Without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Go Camply is not liable for:
- Injuries, accidents, or death
- Property damage or loss
- Trip cancellations or disruptions
- Any indirect or consequential damages

Use of Go Camply content is at your own risk.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Go Camply from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

- Your participation in backcountry activities
